Mr. I. S. Chhabra

Mr. I. S. Chhabra completed his electrical engineering in the year of 1980 from Thapar institute of Technology with merit scholarship. Being placed in the top most PSU of India Mr. Chhabra choose to embark on the entrepreneurial journey. Having briefly worked in DCM Ropar and Industrial Cables Rajpura Mr. Chhabra established Continental Engineering Works in 1981 along with his 2 other silent partners.

  • With his shear dedication, hard-work and zeal he manoeuvred the Company through turbulent and various Challenges of time. During a rich span of 40+ Years of experience Mr. Chhabra is still an active and enteral part of the Group. His Vision and Humble attitude has always inspired many generations and staff to perform their duties with utmost dedication and ethics.

His customer centric approach has always built the confidence of the customers on Continental and has only resulted in formidable relationships. Today with his vision and principles continental is now spearheading for future endeavors of sustainable growth and for becoming most sought after engineering company.

Mr. Simranjit Singh Chhabra

Mr. Simranjit Singh Chhabra graduated from Thapar University in the year of 2011 in mechanical engineering. Post graduation he obtained a rich experience of working Maruti Suzuki India Limited in sheet metal development.
Having joined Continental end 2013 Mr. Simranjit is majorly involved in technological upgradation, marketing and New Product development. He has played been a pivotal role in up spilling and technological upgradation which has helped continental to make future ready and deliver first time right and every time right products.
His efforts and vision is to not only evolve continental into being top most supplier for Tractor industry but to cater to the growing sectors of the Indian and Global economy.

C.S Thakur is head of Accounts and Finance for Continental Group and has been working with continental for more than 3 years. He is qualified Cost Accountant and member of Institute of ICAI. He is having a vast experience in the field of financial Management, Accounts and Auditing, Taxation and Statutory Compliance. Today he is an integral part of Continental Senior management and is trusted with the responsibility of complete finances and accounts of the organization. His valuable contributions have not only helped continental to meet all its statutory liabilities timely but also by setting internal controls for improving performances by meeting sales and cost targets.

Mr. R. S Solanki

Head Quality and Training

Mr RS Solanki has rich blend of professional experience of 30 years of Indian Air Force, United Nations, and Indian Industry.
Mr Solanki is TQM, Six Sigma and Lean Management Expert. He is associated with Quality Council of India, National Productivity Council, MSME Development Institutes and Confederation of Indian Industry for Quality and Operation Excellence training, and Hand holding projects. He has transformed 100 MSMEs through operational excellence concepts.
Mr Solanki is entrusted to mentor the team of Continental Engineering toward training and quality cultural development.
